How to Re-sync Individual Documents in case of Sync Failures in Ledgers/Reports?
When syncing documents to ledger entries or reports, most documents sync automatically without issues.
However, in rare cases, a document may fail to sync.
If this happens, you can manually re-sync the document by following these steps:
Steps to Re-sync a Document
Navigate to the "More" Options: In the top-right corner of the document view page, click on the "More" button:

Select "Re-sync Invoice": From the dropdown menu, select the "Re-sync Invoice" option:

This will trigger the system to sync the document across all related ledger and report entries.
How to Verify the Sync
On the document priew page, **Go to the "View Journal" section. **If you can see the journal entries here, it means the sync was successfull:
