How to enable/disable Email, WhatsApp, and On-site alerts?
If you want to enable/disable the system alerts you receive on your Email, WhatsApp, or on your dashboard inbox, you can do so from your business settings and user settings.
Some system alerts can be configured at the business level, while others can be configured at the individual user level.
Business-level alerts can be configured from Sidebar Menu > Business Settings > Email Configurations > Emails & Notifications:
User-level alerts can be configured by your team from their Dashboard Header > User Profile > User Settings > Notifications & Alerts:
Just go to the notification you want to enable/disable, turn the toggle on/off, and you are good to go!
