How to do Serial-wise Inventory tracking?
Whether you’re managing high-value items or need precise, unit-level traceability and control, Serial-wise Tracking helps you monitor every individual item with complete accuracy and confidence.
Let's see how:
Creating Serials
While adding new items, you will see an option called “Tracking Method” under the “Stock Management” section:

You have four options: No tracking, Batch-wise tracking, Serial No. wise tracking, and Batch+Serial No. wise tracking.
When you select Serial-wise Tracking, you will see an option to add a new Serials:

Click on “Add Serials Numbers ” to add the Serials:

You can add Serials and also paste from here.

Once Serials are added, you will see the total stock is updated.
Viewing Serial Details & Transactions
To view ,go to your Inventory Dashboard > More > Detail View > Serials:
Go to the “Serials” tab to view details:

Adding Serial Details in Documents
While adding line items in invoices, proforma, and other documents, you will see an option to “Select Serial’ for the items where Serial-wise tracking is enabled:
Click on Warehouse details of the item being transacted:
As you see above, you can select multiple Serials.

Click on “Select Serials” to add Serials and Warehouse details of the item being transacted:
Once you save the document, you will be able to see the Serial Summary on the document preview page:

To do so,
- Enable the "Show Serial Numbers in Invoice" option.
- Preview the document and share it with your clients - with Serial Summary included!
