How to automatically fetch leads from Facebook & Instagram accounts to Refrens?

With Meta Integration, you can directly fetch leads from your Facebook & Instagram accounts into Sales CRM. With this, all your leads generated via Instant Forms will appear in your sales pipelines in real time!

Let’s see how:

Step 1: Connect your Facebook account



Firstly, Navigate to Business Settings > Lead Management System > Third-party Integrations > Connect to Facebook as shown below:



Step 2: Login to your Facebook account



When you click on “Connect to Facebook”, you will see the following pop-up:



Just add the credentials of your Facebook account. Once you click on “Log In”, you will see the following screen:


Just click “Continue” to move further.

Step 3: Choose the businesses you want to access



Next, you will be asked if you want to connect all your “Current & Future Businesses” OR just your “Current Business”.

We recommend choosing the first option for a seamless experience.

Choose your preference and click “Continue”.



Step 4: Choose the Pages you want to access



Next, you will be asked if you want to connect all your “Current & Future Pages” OR just your “Current Pages”.

We recommend choosing the first option for a seamless experience.

Choose your preference and click “Continue”.



Step 5: Review the permissions



Then, just review the permissions and click “Save”



That’s it! Your Facebook account is now connected with Refrens Sales CRM!



Click “Got it” to finish the connection process.

Step 6: View connected users & pages



You will be able to see the list of connected pages & connected users under the “Meta Integration” section as shown below:



If you want to disconnect/reconnect an account, you can do that from the “More” option as shown below.



Also, for each page, you can decide the pipeline where you want to capture the leads. Just go to the “More” option and click “Change Pipeline” as shown below:




Just select the pipeline and you are ready to get started!
