Embed form to website to capture leads

Publishing lead capture forms on your website is a great way to automatically capture leads and streamline your lead management process. With Refrens, you can create forms that can be used to capture leads from your website, social media, and other platforms directly into the system.

With Refrens’ lead capture forms, you can -

  1. Automatically capture leads: You can create forms that can be embedded on your website and linked to your social media ads and other platforms.

  1. Share forms via a link: You can also share these forms via a link to your leads or have your salesperson fill out lead data in these forms only. This helps you automatically get all this data in your LMS.
  2. Customization: With our customization options, you can ensure that you are collecting all the data you need and keeping it clean and organized.

There are two ways to publish Refrens forms on your website:

  1. Embed on your website
  2. Open forms in a modal at the click of a button

Let's see how to do that.

  1. Go to Sidebar > Sales CRM > Forms
  2. Create a new form by clicking on the "Create Form" button.
  3. Customize the form fields to match your needs and design them as you wish.
  4. Once you've finished designing the form, click on the "Publish Form" button, and then click on "Get Code"

  1. You will see a new modal like the one below open up.

  1. As you see above, you have two separate ways to publish the form on your website depending on whether you want to embed it or you want the form to open at the click of a button.
  2. Depending on your requirement, copy the code provided and paste it into the HTML of your website where you want the form to appear.
  3. Override form layout in embed code

When embedding a form on your website, you can override the default layout selected in the form builder by adding a layout option directly in the embed code.

This is useful when you want to use the same form in different places.

For example, you can show the form in two columns on a wide landing page and use a single-column layout in a narrow sidebar for the same form!

To override the layout, add the data-layout attribute to the embed code.

data-layout="single-column"
data-layout="two-column"
data-layout="auto"

The layout added in the embed code takes priority over the layout selected in the form builder. If no layout is added in the embed code, Refrens uses the layout saved in the form builder.

That's it!

Once the form is submitted, all the lead data will automatically be added to your lead management system, so you can follow up with them quickly and move them through your sales funnel.
