How to add/update GST, PAN, and other Tax information in documents?
If you want to add/edit tax information for your business OR for your clients/vendors, you can do that in two ways:
From the Document Creation Page
From Settings
Let's see how:
While creating documents, you will see an "Edit" icon in your Billed By and Billed To details:

Once you click Edit, you will see the following pop-up:

Just go to the Tax Information section to add/edit your GST and PAN details.
Once you make your edits and save the document, the same changes will reflect in your future documents as well.
Note that it is important to save the document after making the changes. As the changes will only get reflected once the document is saved.
To add GST, PAN, and other tax information for your own business, go to Business Settings > Accounting Options > Taxation & Billing > "Add" Billing Details:
Once you click Add, you will see the following pop-up:

Just go to the Tax Information section to add/edit your GST, PAN, and other tax-related information.
Once you save this, it will start reflecting in your documents.
To add GST, PAN, and other tax information for your clients/vendors, go to Sidebar > Client/Vendor Dashboard > Navigate to the respective Client/Vendor row > Click "Edit":

Once you click "Edit", you will land on the Client/Vendor details page:
Just go to the Tax Information section to add/edit the GST, PAN, and other tax-related details of your Client/Vendor.
