How to add tags to invoices & other documents?

Tagging helps you keep your invoices & other documents organized for easier tracking & sorting.

There are three different ways you can tag documents:

Tagging one document at a time
Tagging documents directly from the dashboard pages
Tagging multiple documents at once with the bulk tagging option

Let's take a look at all three options in detail:

1. Tagging one document at a time

While creating a document, you can go to the document preview page & add a tag from the summary section - as shown below:



2. Tagging documents directly from the dashboard pages

You can also add/remove tags on documents directly from the dashboard pages. Just go to the tags columns on the dashboard and click "Add Tags".



3. Tagging multiple documents at once with the bulk tagging option**

If you want to tag multiple documents at once, just go to the document dashboard page > select the documents > go to bulk action > click "Add Tags" - as shown below:
