How to Add Payment Details to Your Invoices (Bank Details, UPI, or Payment Links)?
Adding payment details to your invoices helps you quickly collect payments from your clients.
There are three types of payment details you can add:
Bank Details – Add your account number, IFSC code, and account holder name.
UPI ID/QR Code (For India) – Add your UPI ID (e.g., abc@axisbank) for quick mobile payments.
External Payment Links – Add links to Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or any other gateway you use.
Let’s see how:
Go to your Invoice Preview page > Bank and UPI details > click on “Add Bank Account”:

Once you click on “Add Bank Account”, a pop-up form will appear:

Fill all the necessary bank details such as the Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, etc.
You can also add your SWIFT & IBAN code from here.
In case you want to add more details, you can do so with the “Add custom Field” option.
Once done, click “Add Account” and you are good to go!

Go to your Invoice Preview page > Bank and UPI details > click on “Add UPI ID”:

Once you click on “Add UPI ID”, a pop-up form will appear:

Just add your UPI ID here, the UPI QR code will be automatically generated by the system.

In case you want to add external links to receive payments navigate to “Online Payment Option" on your Invoice preview page:

Turn on the toggle and add the payment link:

Click save, and you are good to go!
In case you want to show/hide any payment detail on a document, you can do so with the on/off toggle:
