How to Use the Team Sales Report?
What is the Team Sales Report?
The Team Sales Report gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of each salesperson’s performance in your CRM. With detailed sales metrics and powerful filtering, you can track how your team is handling leads, closing deals, and responding to prospects.
How Does it Work?
The dashboard displays key data for every salesperson:
- Total Leads: Number of leads assigned.
- Open Leads: Leads that are still being worked on.
- Closed Leads: Successfully converted leads.
- Lost Leads: Leads that didn’t convert.
- Not Serviceable: Leads that can’t be worked on.
- Conversion Rate (%): Percentage of leads closed.
- Average Closure Time (days): How long, on average, it takes to close a lead.
- First Response Time (Median, 75th, 90th, 95th): How quickly each salesperson responds to new leads.
- Total Revenue: Total value of deals closed.
- Average Deal Value: Average value per closed deal.
You can filter the report by Time Period, Pipeline, Lead Source, and Lead Labels to analyze specific segments or campaigns.

The report also includes a bar chart comparing each salesperson’s:
- Leads Assigned
- Conversion Rate
This makes it easy to spot top performers and areas that need improvement at a glance.
How to Use the Team Sales Report
- Navigate: Navigate to Sales CRM > Reports & More > Team Sales Report.
- Select Filters: Choose your desired time period, pipeline, lead source, and lead labels.
- Customize View: Show or hide columns based on what you want to see.
- Analyze Data: Review the table for detailed metrics per salesperson.
- Visualize Performance: Use the bar chart to compare leads assigned and conversion rates.
- Export Data: Click “Download CSV” to export the report for further analysis or sharing.
