How to Use the Lead Source Report?

What is the Lead Source Report?

The Lead Source Report provides a comprehensive overview of how different lead sources are performing. It helps you track and analyze the effectiveness of each channel that brings leads into your sales pipeline, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize your sales and marketing strategies.

How Does the Lead Source Report Work?

As you see above, the "Lead Source Report" aggregates and displays key metrics for each lead source.

For each source, you can view:

  • Total Revenue: The total sales revenue generated from leads originating from that source.
  • Lead Conversion Rate (%): The percentage of leads from that source that have been successfully converted into customers.
  • Leads Generated: The total number of leads acquired from the source.
  • Open Leads: Leads that are still in progress and have not yet been closed.
  • Closed Leads: Leads that have been successfully converted into sales.
  • Lost Leads: Leads that did not convert and are marked as lost.
  • Not Serviceable Leads: Leads that cannot be serviced due to various reasons (e.g., out of scope, invalid contact).
  • Average Deal Value: The average revenue per closed deal from that source.
  • Avg Lead Closure Time (Days): The average time taken to close leads from that source.

You can filter the report by specific time periods and sales pipelines, allowing you to focus on the data most relevant to your current goals or campaigns.
