How to Use the Client Performance Report?
What is the Client Performance Report?
The Client Performance Report provides a clear overview of how each client is performing within your sales pipeline. This report helps you track and analyze key sales metrics for every client, making it easier to manage relationships and identify growth opportunities.
How Does the Client Performance Report Work?
As you see above, for each client, the report automatically calculates and displays:
- Total Revenue: Total sales generated from the client.
- Lead Conversion Rate (%): Percentage of leads from the client that have been successfully closed.
- Leads Generated: Number of leads associated with the client.
- Open Leads: Leads that are still in progress.
- Closed Leads: Leads that have been successfully converted.
- Lost Leads: Leads that did not convert.
- Not Serviceable Leads: Leads that cannot be serviced.
- Average Deal Value: Average value of closed deals for the client.
- Last Lead Activity On: The most recent date of activity for any lead from the client.
You can filter the report by time period and sales pipeline to focus on the data most relevant to your needs.
How to Use the Client Performance Report?
- Navigate: Navigate to Sales CRM > Reports & More > Client Performance Report.
- Apply Filters: Select the desired Time Period and Pipeline. Click Apply Filters to update the report.
- Customize Your View: Use the Show/Hide Columns option to display only the metrics you need.
- Review Client Metrics: Analyze each client’s performance across all key metrics. Identify high-value clients, those with stalled leads, or those needing follow-up.
- Export Data: Click Download CSV to export the report for further analysis or sharing.
Benefits of the Client Performance Report
- Identify Top Clients: See which clients generate the most revenue and have the highest conversion rates.
- Spot At-Risk Accounts: Quickly find clients with lost or not serviceable leads, or those with no recent activity.
