How to Update/Switch Bank & UPI Details on Documents?


In Refrens, you can update or switch between multiple saved bank accounts as well as UPI ID's and show the desired bank and UPI ID on any quotation/invoice/accounting document.


Steps to switch bank/UPI details

  1. Open the required document (Invoice, Quotation/Estimate, etc.).
  2. Navigate to the “Bank & UPI Details” section located at the bottom of the document.
  3. Click on the “Bank & UPI Details” dropdown.
  4. Select the preferred bank account from the list as needed.
  5. Click on Save.



That's it. The updated Bank & UPI details will now be reflected on the document.
