How to Show/Hide PAN and GST Numbers in Documents?

Refrens gives you complete control over how you want to show your GST and PAN fields in documents.

This helps you define if you want to -

A) Show/Hide these fields in documents

B) Show/Hide these fields even when they are empty

C) Show these fields only when they are filled

Let's see how:

By default, the GST and PAN fields are only visible in documents if they are filled:


But if you still want to show these fields even when they are empty, you can do that as well:


Also, if you want to record the GST and PAN fields for internal use, but don't want to show them on documents, you can do that as well:


To do this, just go to Business Settings > Accounting Options > Experimental > Visibility of GST & PAN > Click Configure:



Just select how you want the GST and PAN fields to be visible in documents:
