How to Schedule and Manage Meetings Directly From Lead Pages?
The Meetings feature in Refrens CRM helps you schedule, sync, and track lead-related meetings from one place.
You can create meeting records for In-person meetings, Phone call follow-ups, **or Video meetings.**
Each meeting stays linked to the respective lead, so your team can easily track upcoming demos, follow-ups, customer visits, and cancelled meetings without losing context.
And with Google Calendar integration, you can also check available calendar slots, add attendees, create calendar events, and generate Google Meet links for video meetings - directly from Refrens.
How to connect Google Calendar with Refrens?
Before scheduling meetings with calendar sync, you can connect your Google Calendar with Refrens.
Go to: Business Settings > Integrations > Calendar Integrations
Under Google Calendar Integration, click on Connect Google Calendar:

Once connected, Refrens will show the connected calendar details, including Email, Authorised user, Connected by, and the Connected date:

You can also connect another calendar if required.
How to schedule a meeting from a lead?
Firstly, open the lead for which you want to schedule a meeting.
On the lead page, go to the Meetings section and click on Schedule Meeting:

A scheduling drawer will open where you can add the meeting details:

You can enter:
- Meeting title
- Start time
- Duration
- Meeting category: Example: Discovery, Demo, Follow Up, Closing, Objection Handling, Onboarding, Support, Other
- Meeting type: Example: In Person, Phone Call, Video Call
- Notes: This helps your team understand what the meeting is about before the conversation happens.
Scheduling a meeting with Google Calendar
If Google Calendar is connected, turn on Use Google Calendar while scheduling the meeting:
/
Refrens will show your connected calendar and available time slots.
You can then:
- Select the calendar
- Choose an available date
- Select the meeting duration
- Pick a suitable time slot
- Add attendees for the calendar invite
- Add meeting notes
For video meetings, Refrens can automatically create a Google Meet link and sync the meeting with your Google Calendar:

Once the meeting is scheduled, it will appear both in Refrens CRM and your Google Calendar.
After scheduling, the meeting appears inside the lead’s Meetings section.
You can view important details such as Meeting title, Date and time, Duration, Status, Google Calendar sync status, and Google Meet link, if applicable:
This makes it easy to track all customer meetings directly from the lead page:

As you see, you can easily track the meeting statuses as well:
For example:
Scheduled: The meeting has been created successfully.
Synced: The meeting is synced with Google Calendar.
Cancelled:The meeting has been cancelled.
If a synced meeting is cancelled from Google Calendar, the updated status will reflect in Refrens as well.
Where to view all meetings?
You can also view all scheduled meetings from one place.
Just go to: Sales CRM & Leads > All Meetings
Here, you can see all meetings across leads in a single dashboard:

The All Meetings page shows details such as: Meeting title, Lead name, Scheduled date, Scheduled time, Duration, Status, Cancelled date (if applicable), Cancelled by, and Created by.
This gives your team a complete view of all planned and cancelled meetings across the CRM.
