How to hide columns/tax columns in documents?

If you want to hide or unhide any column (except the Items column, here is how you can do so...


Suppose you have an invoice with the following tax columns (CGST & SGST):



Now, if you want to hide CGST & SGST columns, go to the “Edit Columns/Formulas”. 



You will get the following pop-up:



As you see above, each column has a hide/unhide icon next to it. Click on this ‘eye’ icon to hide or show that column.


After making your changes, click “Save".


That’s it! The selected columns will now be hidden/visible as per your configuration.


You can use the same process to hide or unhide any other columns, as shown below:
