How to Duplicate/Triplicate documents?

Creating duplicate or triplicate copies of accounting documents, such as invoices, delivery challans, or bills, is a standard practice to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

The original is issued to the customer.

The duplicate is retained for internal accounting records.

The triplicate serves regulatory or audit purposes.

After creating and saving a document, you can generate duplicate or triplicate copies directly from the document preview page

Just go to “More options” and select “View/Print Duplicate” Or “View/Print Triplicate”:



If a document is a duplicate copy, the word "Duplicate" would be marked on it:


If a document is a Triplicate copy, the word "Triplicate" would be marked on it:


You can download these duplicate/triplicate copies as a PDF, take a printout, or share them via Email/WhatsApp as per your preference.
