How to Display 'Created By' field in Quotation/Invoice/other Accounting Document?

As a business owner or as a manager, it is important to know which team member created a specific invoice, quotation, or other accounting document.


Below are the steps to show the "Created By" field directly on your accounting documents.


  1. Open the Document (Quotation/Invoice/Purchase/Expense etc..)
  2. On the Document preview page go to Summary Section-> Checkmark "Show in Document" option.





That's it!

You can now easily identify who created any accounting document, helping you stay organized and maintain clear accountability within your team.
