How to delete leads in bulk?

If you want to get rid of junk or duplicate leads from your system in bulk, you can do that with our “Bulk Delete” option.

Step 1: Change Lead Stage to “Not Servicable”

Note that you can only delete leads in the “Not Servicable” stage. So you have to ensure this before proceeding with the “Bulk Delete” option.

When you have multiple leads, it can be difficult to change the stage of each lead to “Not Servicable”. You can use the “Bulk Stage Set” option to change the stages of all the leads you want to delete at once.

Let's see how:

First, go to Sales CRM > All Pipelines, then select the specific pipeline containing the leads you wish to delete:


Then, select the leads you want to mark “Not Servicable”. You can either select these leads one by one OR you can use the Bulk Select option as shown below:


Once the leads are selected, go to the “Bulk Action” option, click on “Set Stage,” and change the stage to “Not Serviceable.”:



That's it, now you can proceed with bulk deleting.

Step 2: Bulk Deleting “Not Servicable” Leads

Go to your Pipeline and navigate to the “Not Serviceable” tab as shown below:


Then select the leads you want to delete. You can either select the leads by one by one OR you can do a Bulk Select as shown below:


Once the leads are selected, go to “Bulk Action” and click “Delete Leads”:


Once you click on “Delete Leads”, a pop-up form will appear:



Just mention the reason for deletion and click “Yes” to finish.
