How to Create GSP User Name and Password to Generate E-way Bills on Refrens?
To start generating E-way Bills on Refrens, you will have to register "Vay Network Services Private Limited" as your GSP on the E-way bill portal.
Note: If you are already using our E-invoicing feature, you must have already done this process on the E-invoice portal. In this case, you can use the same credentials for generating E-way bills. You don't need to register separately for the same.
Step-1: Login to the E-way Bill Web Portal ( https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/login.aspx)
Step 2: On the left menu, click on Registration > “For GSP”
Step 3: You will be redirected to “Send OTP” on your registered Email ID and Mobile Number. Enter OTP to proceed further.
Step 4: The next page will display an Option to Add or Create new API credentials by Selecting a GSP. Click on the radio button “Add/New” and then “GSP”.
Step 5: Click on the GSP Name dropdown box and select “**VAY NETWORK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED**” from the dropdown list of GSPs. Now, input your API Username and API password (and re-enter it) and click “Add” to register your login credentials for E-way Bill generation on Refrens.
