How to create a new sales pipeline?

Managing multiple products and services can be complex, especially in tracking leads. Refrens simplifies this with dedicated sales pipelines for each service/product ensuring organized and efficient lead management.

Firstly to create a new sales pipeline, Navigate to Sales CRM > All Pipelines > New Sales Pipeline.

Once, you click on "New Sales Pipeline", a pop-up will appear as shown below:

You will see the following three sections:
Pipeline Name
Description
Editing and adding pipeline stages

1) Pipeline Name:

If your business manages multiple services/products, different pipeline name for each service/product can help you distinguish between them.

For example, if your business provides both content marketing and social media marketing services, you can create different pipelines for each as shown below:

2) Description:

To include additional details about your pipeline, provide a brief explanation in the description section of the form. This enables you to add relevant context or specific information regarding the pipeline's purpose.

3) Editing/adding stages to each pipeline:

Assigning a stage to your lead makes it easier for you to classify and track them. There are a few default stages that you will see in the editing pipeline stage section.

3.1) Editing stage name:

To edit a stage name, simply click on the stage you want to rename:

3.2) Adding a new stage:

To add more stages, just click on the "Add New Stage" option. For example, I have added a new stage called "Negotiation Ongoing":

3.3 Deleting a stage:

In case you don't require a particular stage, you can remove it by clicking on the "Delete" icon:

3.4) Changing the order of stages

In case you want to change the order of stages, you can do so from the drag and drop option as shown below:

3.5) Adding closure chances:

Closure chances refer to the probability (expressed as a percentage) of successfully converting a lead based on its current stage in the sales pipeline.

As you see above, the system assigns default closure chances to each stage. You can edit them to align with your sales process.

To better understand closure chances, let's look at the sales pipeline report generated for my business:

As you see, I have six leads in my sales pipeline with a budget of 1.00,000/- each.

Each stage calculates the expected revenue based on its closure probability.

The Total Value is the lead's overall budget, while the Weighted Value is the estimated revenue from that lead at a specific stage.

For example, if a lead has a Total Value of ₹100,000 and is in the "Open" stage with a 10% chance of closing, the Weighted Value would be ₹10,000 (10% of ₹100,000).

That's it! Creating a new sales pipeline on Refrens is that easy!
