How to add thumbnails/images in line items in documents?
If you want to add images of line items in documents, you can do so in two ways:
- Auto-Fetch Image in Documents
- Add as a Thumbnail
- Add Full-size Original Image

Let's see how:
Adding Images in Inventory (Auto-fetch in Documents)
You can add images directly to your items in Inventory, and those images will automatically appear in your documents when the item is selected.
While creating or editing an item, you will see an option to "Item Images".

Your item image is now stored in the Inventory, once you save it.

When you create a document (Invoice, Purchase, etc.) and select the item from the dropdown:
- The image added in the Item Master will be automatically fetched

If you want to display it differently:
- Enable "Show thumbnails in separate column" while creating the document

Adding Item Image as a Thumbnail
While adding the item, you will see an option called "Add Thumbnail":

Click on "Add Thumbnail" to select the item image from your device and add it to your document:

That's it! your thumbnail image is good to go:

As you see above, by default, thumbnail images are shown under the Line Item name. But, if you want to add them as a seperate column, you can do that as well:

For this, click on "Show thumbnails in seperate column" while creating the document:

Here's how:

Adding Item Image as a Full-size Original Image
To add item images in their original size, click on "Add original images in line items" while creating documents:

Once enabled, you will see "Add Original Image" option in your line items:

Just click on it, select the image from your device, and add it your document:
