Configuring or Disabling Auto Lead Generation from Quotations

By default, when you create a new quotation, the system automatically generates a new lead based on the “quotation for” details you add in your quotation.

With the Lead Configurations option, you can - 

• Control in which pipeline these leads go, and what the default lead stage for each lead will be
• Disable auto lead generation

Let's see how:

Go to Lead Management System > Lead Configurations:

As you see, "Auto Lead Generation from Quotations" is enabled by default.

When you click on “Configure”, you will see the following pop-up:

You have two options here: 1) Default Pipeline, and 2) Default Stage.

Just click on the respective dropdown options to choose the default pipeline in which the lead goes, along with the default lead stage.

If you don’t want the leads to get auto-generated, you can also disable it by turning the toggle off:
