# How to delete a Form in Refrens

You can easily delete a form if you no longer require it on Refrens.

To delete an existing form, navigate to **Forms**  > **"More"** option for the form you want to delete  > select **"Delete"**.

### What happens when you delete an existing form?

* The Form will no longer load on any live external pages or links.
* Previous submissions data cannot be exported - but will all leads and contacts generated will remain in the relevant records.
* New submissions to the Form will not be accepted.

||| Before you delete an existing form that is embedded into your website and landing page, make sure you remove the form or replace it with another form.
