# How to change or recover your password?

Let's see how you can recover your forgotten password or update the existing one.

# A) Recovering A Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, here’s how you can reset it:

#### Step 1: Access the Login Page

Visit [Refrens.com](https://www.refrens.com/) and click the **Login** button located at the top-right corner of the homepage:

#### Step 2: Select “Forgot Password”

On the login form, click the **Forgot Password** link to start the recovery process:

#### Step 3: Request a Password Reset Link

You’ll be redirected to the password recovery page. Add your registered email address, then click on the **Get Reset Link.** A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address:

#### Step 4: Check Your Email Inbox

Locate the email from Refrens in your inbox (or spam folder). Open it and click the **Change Password** button. This will take you to a secure page for resetting your password:

#### Step 5: Set a New Password

On the reset page, enter a new password of your choice. Click **Update** to save your changes:

That's it! You can now log in to your account with the new password.

# B) Updating/Changing An Existing Password

If you want to update your current password, follow these steps:

#### Step 1: Go to Security Settings

Log in to your Refrens account, then navigate to ***Business Settings > General Settings > Security > Change Password:***

#### Step 2: Update Your Password

In the change password page, Enter your current password and the new password you wish to set, then click “Update”:

All set! Your password has been successfully updated.
